The invention relates to a portable pharmaceutical kit or medical device for use in treating acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and/or pulmonary embolism in case of occurrences of chest pain, by self-administration of a patient previously diagnosed by a physician. That device/kit comprises at least a platelet aggregation inhibitor, and at least an anticoagulant provided usually in an oral and/or subcutaneous administration form. The kit/device further comprises technical equipment for easy release of the drugs and for determining the location of the patient and to inform the doctor or other persons or institutions by an emergency call or signal.L'invention concerne une trousse pharmaceutique portable ou un dispositif médical destiné(e) à être utilisé(e) pour le traitement des syndromes coronariens aigus et/ou d'une embolie pulmonaire en cas d'apparition d'une douleur thoracique, en permettant une auto-administration par un patient diagnostiqué au préalable par un médecin. Selon l'invention, le dispositif/la trousse utilisé(e) comporte au moins un inhibiteur de l'agrégation plaquettaire, et au moins un anticoagulant se présentant sous une forme habituellement administrée par voie orale et/ou sous-cutanée. La trousse/le dispositif comporte en outre des équipements techniques permettant de libérer facilement les médicaments et de déterminer l'emplacement du patient et permettant de prévenir le médecin ou toute autre personne ou institution par un appel ou un signal d'urgence.
