PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet including a gelled substance, which has a high cooling property.SOLUTION: The cooling sheet 1 includes the gelled substance 2 containing water, a highly water-absorptive polymer and graphite powder, the gelled substance being enclosed in a packaging body 3. The gelled substance containing water, the highly water-absorptive polymer and the graphite powder as main components can be used for cooling and cold storage by being disposed so as to contact with a cooling object.
