The present invention provides a system for transporting passengers with locomotive disabilities comprising a seat (1) that is movable between a loading/offloading position outside the vehicle and a travelling position inside the vehicle, means for moving the movable seat between the travelling position and the loading/offloading position, wherein the seat (1) performs a bidimensional movement when transferred between the travelling position and the loading/offloading position.
