摘要：: The present invention relates to substituted 2-(chroman-6-yloxy)-thiazoles of the formula I, in which Ar, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in the claims. the compounds of the formula I are inhibitors of the sodium-calcium exchanger (NCX), especially of the sodium-calcium exchanger of subtype 1 (NCX1), and are suitable for the treatment of diverse disorders in which intracellular calcium homeostasis is disturbed, such as arrhythmias, heart failure and stroke. The invention furthermore relates to processes for the preparation of the compounds of the formula I, their use as pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.本發明係關於式I之經取代2-(-6-基氧基)-噻唑類，其中Ar、R2、R3及R4具有在申請專利範圍中所指出之意義。式I化合物是鈉-鈣交換體(NCX)之抑制劑，尤其是亞型1之鈉-鈣交換體(NCX1)，且合適用於治療多種疾病其中細胞內鈣恆定平衡受到干擾，例如心律不整、心臟衰竭及中風。本發明還關於式I化合物之製備方法、其作為藥劑之用途及含彼之醫藥組成物。
