摘要：: The present invention relates to substituted chroman-6-yloxy-cycloalkanes of the formula I, in which Ar, R1 to R4, p and q are as defined in the claims. The compounds of the formula I are inhibitors of the sodium-calcium exchanger (NCX), especially of the sodium-calcium exchanger of subtype 1 (NCX1), and are suitable for the treatment of diverse disorders in which intracellular calcium homeostasis is disturbed, such as arrhythmias, heart failure and stroke. The invention furthermore relates to processes for the preparation of the compounds of the formula I, their use as pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.本發明係關於式I之經取代-6-基氧基-環烷類，其中Ar、R1至R4、p和q係如申請專利範圍中所定義。式I化合物為鈉-鈣交換子(NCX)，特別是第1亞型之鈉-鈣交換子(NCX1)之抑制劑，且係適合用於治療胞內鈣平衡受到擾亂之各種病症，例如心律不整、心衰竭和中風。本發明再者係關於製備式I化合物之方法、其作為醫藥之用途及包含彼等之醫藥組成物。
