PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a γ-aminobutyric acid enrichment device capable of efficiently performing enrichment of GABA contained in grain of unhulled rice or the like and drying of the grain by using one facility.SOLUTION: A γ-aminobutyric acid enrichment device includes: a tank for storing grain a blowing tunnel which is arranged on one side of the tank and blows heated and humidified air or dry air into the tank and an exhausting tunnel which is arranged on the other side of the tank and exhausts the heated and humidified air or dry air from the interior of the tank. In the tank of the γ-aminobutyric acid enrichment device a plurality of blowing pipes having porous walls through which the heated and humidified air or dried air are blown from the blowing tunnel and a plurality of exhausting pipes having porous walls through which the heated and humidified air or dried air are exhausted to the exhausting tunnel are transversely provided.
