The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: firstly, placing a piece of purple laver with 1mm thickness at the bottom of a die secondly, uniformly and flatly laying the 60g of red rice, 60g of yellow rice, 60g of black rice, 60g of white rice, 60g of orange rice, 60g of green rice and 60g of purple rice in sequence thirdly, covering a piece of purple laver with 1mm thickness on the purple rice to complete rice with a seven-color cross section and fourthly, cutting the seven-color rice into blocks along the direction perpendicular to the purple laver pieces. Compared with the prior art, the nutritional ingredients of original juices are retained, and multiple healthcare functions are provided.
