PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve versatility of a medical information recording system at low cost.SOLUTION: A network camera 48 images a first image of a person in a medical institution in order. A network encoder 46 obtains a second image according to a display screen of a biological monitor disposed in the medical institution in order. A network HDD recorder 16 inputs the first and second images in order and records them. The receiving part of the network HDD recorder 16 receives an order related to the monitoring area. A setting part sets the monitoring area to the second image according to the order. The monitoring part monitors the change between second images received in order in the set area.
