PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation device capable of surely preventing loosening of a nut as a fixture of a cultivation claw.SOLUTION: A cultivation device comprises: a claw holder 20 provided on a cultivation shaft； a cultivation claw 26 inserted into a claw holder 20； a fixture 32 for fixing the cultivation claw 26； and a sleeve member 52A which is attached and fitted to an opening of the claw holder 20. The fixture 32 is formed of a fixing bolt 34 and a nut 38, and a head 44 of the fixing bolt 34 is engaged and stored in a through opening 46 (head storage recess) of the claw holder 20, so that relative rotation of the fixing bolt 34 to the claw holder 20 is inhibited.
