CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition contains: a mixture of polyhydroxystearic acid, lecithin, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearic acid, and polyglyceryl-3 polyricinoleate as a pigment dispersing agent of oil-phase； and fatty acid or fatty acid alcohol of C14. The pigment dispersing agent is contained in 0.01-10 weight%.
