PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the scanning accuracy of a contrast medium.SOLUTION: A rack apparatus 10 includes an X-ray tube 13 for generating an X-ray, an X-ray detector 15 for detecting the X-ray generated from the X-ray tube 13, a rotation frame 11 for supporting the X-ray tube 13 and the X-ray detector 15, and a data collection circuit 29 for collecting data on the intensity of the X-ray detected by the X-ray detector 15. A bed 23 moves a top plate on which a subject is placed. A system control circuit 63 determines imaging conditions for a contrast medium scan based on a blood flow rate of the subject in an imaging range of the contrast medium scan measured by a blood flow rate measuring device 100.
