The present invention relates to an ara mandarin, which is a new variety resulting from a mutation of a satsuma mandarin. The ara mandarin, which is a novel mutant satsuma mandarin plant produced by irradiating x-rays to a bud on a branch of an early-maturing C. unshiu Marc. cv. Miyagawa-wase and then grafting and subjecting to asexual reproduction, is very similar to C. unshiu Marc. cv. Miyagawa-wase in terms of flowering, fruiting, and fruit shape, but later compared to C. unshiu Marc. cv. Miyagawa-wase in terms of fruit maturation time. Thus, the ara mandarin can be useful as a novel variety having high economic value.La présente invention concerne une mandarine Ara, qui est une nouvelle variété résultant dune mutation dune mandarine Satsuma. La mandarine Ara, qui est une nouvelle plante de mandarine Satsuma mutante produite par irradiation de rayons x sur un bourgeon sur une branche dun C. unshiu Marcov. de Miyagawa-wase à maturation hâtive puis par greffe et le fait de soumettre à la reproduction asexuée, est très similaire à C. unshiu Marcov. Miyagawa-wase en termes de floraison, de fructification, et de forme de fruits, mais comparé ultérieurement à C. unshiu Marcov. de Miyagawa-wase en termes de temps de maturation de fruits. Ainsi, la mandarine Ara peut être utile en tant que nouvelle variété ayant une valeur économique élevée.본 발명은 돌연변이 온주감귤 신품종 아라온주에 관한 것으로, 조생온주 궁천조생(C. unshiu Marc. cv. Miyagawa-wase)의 가지 눈에 방사선으로 조사한 후 접목하여 무성번식시킨 결과 개화, 착과, 과형이 궁천조생과 매우 닮았으나, 과실의 성숙시기는 궁천조생보다 늦은 새로운 변종 감귤 식물을 육종하였으므로 경제적 가치가 높은 신품종으로 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것이다.
