PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for cleaning hands and feet by flow of warm water, for excretion of a waste product containing crystallized uric acid existing in a human body tissue.SOLUTION: A bag 3 formed of vinyl or the like is worn by a hand or foot, and warm water is poured thereinto. The warm water flows at high speed on a surface of a skin of a hand or foot, negative pressure occurs on the surface of the skin. Therefore, the crystallized uric acid is efficiently excreted from a pore of the hand or tip of a nail.
