A lever (30) is connected to the base end portion (13) of the male luer via a base (15). The lever has a locking portion (31) and an operating portion (35). An engagement claw (32) protrudes from the engagement portion toward the male luer. A lock ring (8) is provided so as to face the inner side surface of the operation portion. The lock ring is movable to a first position approaching the base and a second position spaced from the base. When the lock ring is in the first position, the lever is rotatable so that the locking claw is separated from the male luer.
