PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a seed-cracking machine without clogging the interior with hulls after cracking and interrupting seed-cracking operation.SOLUTION: The apricot seed-cracking machine 1 includes each seed-transporting member 27 attached along the circular outer peripheral surface 26a of a vertical rotating disk 26 at an angular interval of 90°, and an externally opened recessed part 27a for cracking each seed, which is formed in the seed-transporting member 27. The recessed part 27a for cracking the seed receives the seed 8 in a seed-feeding position 28A in a state of an upward directing posture, and the hull of the seed 8 is cracked with a seed-cracking rod 31 pushed in from a lateral side with a cam mechanism 32 during movement to a seed-discharging position 28B in a downward directing posture. The seed 8 after cracking the hull is dropped from the recessed part 27a for cracking the seed in a seed-discharging position 28B and discharged. The recessed part 27a for cracking the seed is returned in a downward directing posture toward the seed-feeding position 28A, and thereby foreign materials remaining in the interior during the time are dropped and compressed air is blown from an air nozzle 36 to blow off the foreign materials.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】割った後の殻が内部に詰まって種割り動作が中断してしまうことのない種割機を提案すること。【解決手段】杏子種割機1は、垂直回転円盤26の円形外周面26aに沿って90度角度間隔に取り付けた種搬送部材27を備え、各種搬送部材27には外方に開口した種割用凹部27aが形成されている。種割用凹部27aは上向き姿勢の状態において種供給位置28Aで種8を受け入れ、下向き姿勢の種排出位置28Bに移動する間に、カム機構32によって側方から押し込まれる種割棒31によって種8の殻が割られる。殻が割れた後の種8は種排出位置28Bにおいて種割用凹部27aから落下して排出される。種割用凹部27aは下向き姿勢で種供給位置28Aに向けて戻るので、その間に内部に残っている異物が落下し、エアーノズル36から圧縮空気が吹き付けられて異物が吹き飛ばされる。【選択図】図2
