PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering a feed dropped out in a forming apparatus, with which removal of a feed to the outside of a machine is carried out without dropping a feed on the surface of the earth, while a feed dropped out from the peripheral surface of roll bale in a transport path follows a transport means and can be efficiently recovered without flowing into a connecting part and removal of a feed in an amount insufficient for forming one bale remaining in the machine body at the completion of forming-packing operation is carried out without dropping a feed on the surface of the earth by using the apparatus for recovering a feed dropped out.SOLUTION: A conveyor 52 including a receiving gutter 50 and an endless conveying belt 51 for conveying a material to be conveyed at a lower turning side is mounted on the under side of a forming part 3. A blow up blower 56 is connected to the front end side in the conveying direction of the conveyor 52.
