PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of preventing failure in the radiography using a contrast medium.SOLUTION: A collection part scans a subject with X rays and collects data. A storage part stores a reference image including a prescribed portion of the subject in advance. A control part repeatedly executes prep scan using a first scan condition for the prescribed portion of the subject to which the contrast medium is administered, and further, the control part repeatedly executes a main scan using a second scan condition for the subject on receiving input of a prescribed trigger. An image generating part repeatedly generates a first image based on the collected data during the prep scan. Further, the image generating part generates a difference image between the first image and the reference image, and further, the image generating part generates a second image based on the collected data during the main scan.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】造影剤を用いた撮影の撮影ミスを防止することが可能なX線CT装置を提供する。【解決手段】収集部は、被検体をX線でスキャンしてデータを収集する。記憶部は被検体の所定部位を含む基準画像をあらかじめ記憶する。制御部は、収集部を制御することにより、造影剤が投与された被検体の所定部位に対して第1のスキャン条件を用いたプレップスキャンを反復的に実行させる。さらに制御部は、所定のトリガーの入力を受けて、第2のスキャン条件を用いた本スキャンを被検体に対して反復的に実行させる。画像生成部は、プレップスキャンを行っているときに、収集されるデータに基づいて反復的に第1の画像を生成する。さらに画像生成部は、第1の画像と基準画像との差分画像を生成する。さらに画像生成部は、本スキャンを行っているときに、収集されるデータに基づいて第2の画像を生成する。【選択図】図1
