PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common UI according to the purposes among a plurality of different X-ray CT apparatuses to control the operations of the respective X-ray CT apparatuses by using this UI.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT imaging system includes a server including a UI control unit for transmitting guidance information for inputting image acquiring conditions according to purposes to a request source X-ray CT apparatus and causing the apparatus to display the information, and a parameter converting unit for converting the image acquiring conditions into an imaging protocol for operating the X-ray CT apparatus so as to generate an image based on the image acquiring conditions on the basis of the conversion information corresponding to the purposes and the X-ray CT apparatus upon receiving the image acquiring conditions inputted in accordance with the guidance information, wherein the server controls the operations of the plurality of X-ray CT apparatuses via a network.
