PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing device including a cutting processing chamber which reduces a cutting load in cutting a waste culm, suppresses vibration and noise generated in cutting, and prevents deformation and generation of early wear of a blade and a receiving blade.SOLUTION: A rotation body 54 including plural blades 51 is arranged laterally in an upper part of a cutting processing chamber 50. Receiving blades 52 are arranged in a lower part of the cutting processing chamber 50. The blades 51 are arranged parallelly at predetermined intervals in a lateral direction of the rotation body 54 to form a blade group 58. The blade groups 58 are circumferentially arranged at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral part of the rotation body 54.
