The present invention relates to an optimal medium composition for culturing a tissue of Dendranthema grandiflorum, Baekma, and a method for culturing a tissue using the same. According to the present invention, by using a medium composition for inducing a bud of Dendranthema grandiflorum, Baekma, a medium composition for inducing new shoot formation, and a method for reproduction of a plant of Dendranthema grandiflorum, a plant of Dendranthema grandiflorum can be mass produced from a leaf explant of Dendranthema grandiflorum, Baekma, and a new variety of a plant of Dendranthema grandiflorum to which a functional gene is introduced, can be mass produced stably in a short period of time.본 발명은 국화 '백마'의 조직 배양용 최적 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 조직 배양 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 국화 '백마'의 눈 (bud) 유도용 배지 조성물 및 신초 형성 유도용 배지 조성물, 및 국화 식물체 재생 방법을 이용하면 국화 '백마'의 잎 절편체로부터 국화 식물체를 대량 생산할 수 있으며, 기능성 유전자가 도입된 신품종 국화 식물체도 짧은 시간 내에 안정적으로 대량 생산하는 것이 가능하다.
