PURPOSE: A method for transformant of Chrysanthemum morifolium RAMAT is provided to specifically express applicable genes in Chrysanthemum morifolium RAMAT. CONSTITUTION: A method for transformant of Chrysanthemum morifolium RAMAT comprises: a step of transforming Chrysanthemum morifolium RAMAT with a recombinant expression vector containing a foreign gene and selection marker； a step of culturing the transformant in a medium containing antibiotics or herbicide of low concentration to induce shoot formation； and a step of culturing the shoot in a medium containing the antibiotics or herbicide. The foreign gene is AtSICKLE(gene bank accession number NM_122968). The species of Chrysanthemum morifolium RAMAT is Mulllin Rouge. 본 발명은 (1)외래 유전자와 선별 마커를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터로 국화를 형질전환시키는 단계； (2) 이 형질전환체를 저농도의 항생제 또는 제초제가 포함된 배지에서 배양하여 신초 형성을 유도하는 단계； (3) 이 신초를 고농도의 항생제 또는 제초제가 포함된 배지에서 배양하여 신초의 생장 및 뿌리 발달을 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 국화 형질전환체의 제조방법 및 이렇게 제조된 형질전환체에 관한 것이다.
