The left and right cuff units are symmetrical to each other so that blood pressure measurement parts, which are respectively disposed in inner spaces of the left and right cuff units to measure blood pressures of the left and right arms of a person to be measured, are disposed at the same position. Also, in the two-arm blood pressure measurement apparatus, a front opening and a rear opening have the same shape, inner space parts have the same size, and bladders of the left and right cuff units have the same capacity so that the blood pressure measurement parts, which are respectively disposed in the inner spaces of the left and right cuff units to measure the blood pressures of the left and right arms of the person to be measured, measure blood pressures under the same conditions.
