A nutritional powder composition comprising a carbohydrate, a lipid containing lecithin in an amount of from 0.25 to 2.5% of the total weight of lipids, an intact protein in an amount of from 90 to 99.5% of the total weight of proteins and at least one hydrolyzed protein selected from the group comprising hydrolyzed casein and hydrolyzed whey protein of milk in an amount of from 0.5 to 10% of the total weight of the proteins, while the degree of hydrolysis of the hydrolyzed protein is from 3 to 90%. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, in which the degree of hydrolysis of the hydrolyzed protein is from 27 to 80%. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, in which the degree of hydrolysis of the hydrolyzed protein is from 45 to 80%. ! 4. The composition according to claim 1, which includes lecithin in an amount of from 0.25 to 1.0% of the total mass of lipids. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, which includes hydrolyzed protein in an amount of from 0.5 to 5% by weight of the total protein. ! 6. The composition according to claim 1, in which the hydrolyzed protein comprises hydrolyzed casein. ! 7. The composition according to claim 1, in which the hydrolyzed protein comprises hydrolyzed whey protein of milk. ! 8. The composition of the infant formula in the form of a powder, comprising a carbohydrate, a lipid containing lecithin in an amount of from 0.25 to 2.5% of the total weight of lipids, an intact protein in an amount of from 90 to 99.5% of the total weight of proteins and, at least one hydrolyzed protein selected from the group comprising hydrolyzed casein and hydrolyzed whey protein of milk in an amount of from 0.5 to 10% of the total weight of the proteins, while the degree of hydrolysis of the hydrolyzed protein is from 23 to 90%. ! 9.
