PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionary product containing soybean protein effective for the health of a person aiming at reinforcement of muscles such as a sport athlete or sport amateur, including a sufficient amount of protein such that it is effective for restoration and hypertrophy of muscles.SOLUTION: The confectionery product includes vegetable protein as a primary ingredient, in which the vegetable protein is granular soybean protein obtained using defatted soybean as raw material, and the protein content is particularly 50 mass% or more in terms of dried product.
