An intraoperative nerve evaluation device includes a flexible substrate, and a plurality of detection units disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from one another. Each of the detection units includes an electrode and a conductive wire electrically connected to the electrode. When the electrodes are attached to a nerve, a selected one of the electrodes is configured to receive an input signal via the corresponding conductive wire and to transmit the input signal to the nerve, and each of the electrodes other than the selected one is configured to receive from the nerve a response signal associated with the input signal and to transmit the response signal via the corresponding conductive wire.一種神經受傷區段探測板，適用於探測一神經，並包含：一基板，及多個探測單元。該等探測單元設置於該基板且彼此間隔排列，每一探測單元包括一電極及一與該電極連接並用於傳輸訊號的導線，於探測時該等探測單元的電極貼附於該神經，且由其中一探測單元的導線輸入一輸入訊號，而由其他探測單元的導線輸出對應的多個輸出訊號。由於該等電極彼此間隔地接觸該神經，使該神經受傷區段探測板能夠透過該等電極迅速地偵測該神經的反應，如此能夠快速且精確地定位出該神經的受傷區段。
