The present invention relates to a film type biosignal measurement device, which forms multiple metallic thin film electrodes and circuit parts on a film type piezoelectric device to make it easily attached to the skin, and can measure vibration signals as well as electrical signals of a human body using the metallic thin film electrodes and circuits. According to the present invention, the film type biosignal measurement device can measure concurrently an electrocardiogram and a ballistocardiac from the electrical and vibrational signals of the human body measured at the same time, and can also extract bioinformation on various types of health indexes such as a heart rate, a stress index, a ballistocardiac, a blood pressure, a respiration rate, etc., from two different biosignals.본 발명은 피부 부착이 용이하도록 필름형태의 압전소자(Piezoelectric material)에 다수의 금속박막전극과 회로부를 형성시키고, 이러한 다수의 금속박막전극과 회로부를 이용하여 인체의 전기신호뿐만 아니라 진동신호까지도 동시에 측정할 수 있는 필름형 생체신호 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 필름형 생체신호 측정장치에 의하면, 동시에 측정된 인체의 전기신호와 진동신호로부터 심전도와 심탄도를 동시에 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이러한 2개의 서로 다른 생체신호로부터 심박수, 스트레스 지수, 심탄도, 혈압, 운동량, 호흡수, VO2max 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 건강지표에 대한 생체 정보를 추출할 수 있다.
