The present invention relates to a soil retaining device mounted on a soil covering device which crushes and blows soil by rotation of a rotating blade. The soil retaining device comprises: a sliding angle tube connected to a main frame angle tube extending from a main frame of the soil covering device in a slidable state； a hydraulic cylinder in which the sliding angle tube is guided by the main frame angle tube and operatively engaged with the sliding angle tube to be slid to a main frame side or the opposite side； and a soil retaining plate coupled to an end of the sliding angle tube. The soil retaining plate blocks the soil crushed and blown by the rotating blade in a state in which the sliding angle tube is slid toward the main frame side due to the contraction of the hydraulic cylinder.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 회전날의 회전에 의해 흙을 분쇄하고 날리는 복토기에 장착되는 흙막이 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 상기 흙막이 장치는 상기 복토기의 메인프레임으로부터 연장하는 메인프레임 각관에 슬라이딩 가능한 상태로 연결되는 슬라이딩 각관과； 상기 슬라이딩 각관이 상기 메인프레임 각관에 의해 안내되며 메인프레임측 또는 그 반대측으로 슬라이딩 될 수 있도록 상기 슬라이딩 각관과 작동 결합하는 유압실린더와； 상기 슬라이딩 각관의 단부에 결합된 흙막이판을 포함한다. 상기 흙막이판은 상기 유압실린더의 수축에 의해 상기 슬라이딩 각관이 메인프레임측으로 슬라이딩 된 상태에서 상기 회전날에 의해 분쇄되고 날리는 흙을 차단한다.
