Based on frequency dictionary of Russian language is selected equal number of most frequent and less frequent letters. Patient needs to construct a word when presented with two rows, containing 14 letters each, which do not form a whole word. In first row frequent letters are placed in beginning and end of row, and less frequent letters are placed in centre. In second row frequent letters are placed in centre, and at edges at beginning and end of row less frequent letters. When producing after making number of words from first row 2 times more than number of words derived from second row, dyslexia is diagnosed. Or patients are to compose a word when presented with 4 square matrices 5×5 consisting of letters, containing frequent and less frequent letters. First two rows of first matrix are composed only of less frequent letters, and remaining three - of frequent letters except first letters, which are also less frequent.
