The invention relates to biotechnology and concerns a method of producing the drug "Mobilan (M-VM3)". The invention improves the stages of production, increasing production efficiency and achieving an optimal ratio between production time, drug yield and the amount of resources required for production purposes. In particular, in the process of modernization, the following stable production parameters have been established: batch size - 1500 vials production time - 18-22 days total volume of culture medium required 44 l volume of virus-containing M-VM3 suspension - 25 l cell density at time of infection - from 0.8 х 106 to 1 х 106 cells/ml time of cell harvest - on day three (i.e. after approximately 72 hours) temperature at time of infection - 36°С multiplicity of infection - 5-10 PFU/cell total concentration of viral construct at harvest - 8 х 108 PFU/ml.Linvention concerne la biotechnologie et notamment la production du médicament "Mobilan (M-VM3)". Linvention optimise les stades de production, augmente sa rentabilité et permet dobtenir un rapport optimal entre le temps de production/la quantité de produit obtenu et le produit/la quantité de moyens utilisés pour la production. On a notamment élaboré pendant la modernisation les paramètres stables suivants du processus de production : volume du lot 1500 flacons, temps nécessaire à la production 18-22 jours, consommation globale de milieu environnant 44 l, volume de suspension contenant des virus M-VM3 25 l, densité des cellules pendant linfection dans la gamme de 0,8 х 106 jusquà 1 х 106 cel/ml temps de collecte des cellules trois jours (environ 72 h) température lors de linfection 36°С, multiplicité de linfection 5-10 UFP/cel., concentration finale de la construction virale lors de lassemblage 8 х 108.Изобретение относится к биотехнологии и касается способа производства препарата «Мобилан (M-VM3)».
