An outlet (27) is formed in a lower body (10) having a shovel (31) provided on a lower side thereof. In the outlet (27), a fertilizer supply hose (15) is connected to a fertilizer connection pipe (14). An operating wire (25) connected to a discharge control member (26) opening and closing the outlet (27) passes through a pipe (11) to be connected to a lever connector (23) supported by a return spring (24), and is then connected to a lever (21) through a lever guide groove (22).
