PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle thrust amount regulating instrument, capable of easily and reliably injecting a desired quantity of a fluid into skin tissue in a short time at the time of intradermal injection of a fluid injector using a multi-microneedle device.SOLUTION: A regulating instrument 14 includes: a base end part 14a fixed to a fluid holding cylinder 12b of a fluid injector 12 in the longitudinal direction at a space from a device 10 an elastic piece part 14b extended from the base end part along the outer peripheral surface of the fluid holding cylinder toward a skin contact surface 10d of a body 10b of the device to go far from the outer peripheral surface with an increase in distance and a microneedle thrust amount regulating part 14c, which is provided on the extending end of the elastic piece part, thinner than the height of a plurality of microneedles 10c on the contact surface, disposed at an initial position moved from the contact surface to the side of the body and the base end part with elastic force of the elastic piece part, and moves from the initial position to the operating position corresponding to a microneedle surrounding area of the contact surface when the elastic piece part is pushed toward the outer peripheral surface against its elastic force.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】マルチマイクロニードルデバイス使用流体注入器の皮内注射時に、容易,確実,短時間で所望量の流体を皮膚組織に注入出来るニードル刺し込み量規制器具を提供する。【解決手段】規制器具14は:流体注入器12の流体保持筒12bに長手方向に上記デバイス10から離れ固定された基端部14a;基端部から流体保持筒外周面に沿い上記デバイスの本体10bの皮膚接触表面10dに向い延出した距離の増大に伴い上記外周面から遠のく弾性片部14b;弾性片部延出端に設けられ、上記接触表面での複数のマイクロニードル10cの高さより薄く、上記接触表面から上記本体の側方及び上記基端部に向かい移動した初期位置に弾性片部の弾性力で配置され、弾性片部がその弾性力に抗し上記外周面に向かい押されると上記初期位置から上記接触表面のマイクロニードル取り囲み領域に対応した作動位置に移動する、マイクロニードル刺し込み量規制部14c、を備える。【選択図】図1
