Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a cartridge that uses scented ceramics for a vehicle, which is excellent in scent loading of a carrier, has continuous stability of scent diffusion even in altering environments, and maintains a scent loading capability for a long time. The method for manufacturing a cartridge using scented ceramics comprises the steps of: preparing a first carrier having a hollow pellet structure by mixing raw materials of porous ceramics and additives, followed by kneading, extruding or press-molding, drying, and thermal processing； preparing a second carrier having a honeycomb structure by mixing raw materials of porous ceramics and additives, followed by kneading, extruding or press-molding, drying, and thermal processing； preparing a third carrier having a pad structure by using raw materials of porous ceramics and polymers； inserting an aromatic agent in the pores of the first, second, and third carriers； and packing the first, second, and third carriers inside the body of the cartridge. Thus, the manufactured cartridge is not only excellent in the scent loading of a carrier and exhibits stable and continuous scent diffusing capability within a limited space, but can also control the scent diffusion in a complex, systematic and efficient manner.
