The present disclosure concerns a product comprising at least one spore-formingbacterium； at least one insect control agent； and at least one geneticallymodifiedcotton, corn or soybean seed cell. In the product, the at least one insectcontrolagent is selected from the group consisting of1-(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethy))-N-nitroimidazolidin-2-ylideneamine(imidacloprid), 1-(2-chloro-1 ,3-thiazol-5-ylmethyl)-3-methyl-2-nitroguanidine (clothianidin) and thiodicarb. Further, the at leastonespore-forming bacterium is Bacillus firmus. Also, the at least one geneticallymodifiedcotton, corn or soybean seed cell is insect tolerant, glyphosate tolerant or acombination thereof. Also disclosed therein are methods using the product aswell asprocesses for making same.
