INK OR BINDER CONTAINING FUNCTIONAL MATERIAL CAPABLE OF ENHANCING BOTH FUNCTION OF ENHANCING CLUSTERIZATION OF AIR AND FUNCTION OF IMPROVING LIVING ENVIRONMENT IN HOUSING SPACE, COSMETIC OR HEALTH FUNCTIONS IN MICROENCAPSULATED FORM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, although substances which perform purification of air by negative ion effect are conventionally known and inks or binders including such substances as compositions exist, there is nothing capable of multifunctionally exhibiting sterilization effect or odor eliminating effect by clusterizing air.SOLUTION: The ink or binder enables the production of printed matter capable of exhibiting purification and various functions by printing which is a simple means. The ink or binder is produced by mixing a material that can clusterize moisture in air by irradiation with a weak radioactive ray and therefore can exhibit, as a cluster ion, functions of deodorizing a malodorous component and removing bacteria in air to thereby purify the air with a natural material having an insect-repellent property, a cosmetic property, a sanatory property or the like together in a microencapsulated form.【課題】従来、マイナスイオン効果によって、空気の浄化を行う物質についてはよく知られていた。また、これらを組成物としたインクやバインダーは存在したが、空気をクラスター化することで、多機能にわたる除菌効果或いは消臭効果を発揮するものはなかった。【解決手段】微弱放射線により空気中の水分をクラスターし、クラスターイオンとして、空気中の悪臭成分の消臭や菌類を除菌し浄化する機能を発揮する素材と、防虫、美容、健康などの天然素材をマイクロカプセル化して混合し、印刷と言う簡便な手段で、浄化と様々な機能性を発揮できる印刷物を実現するインキとバインダーを作製する。
