A power toothbrush according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a toothbrush main body which includes a power supply part, a switch part, and a toothbrush shaft extending to a side thereof a toothbrush head part connected to an end part of the toothbrush shaft a toothbrush bristle rotating part which is coupled to the toothbrush head part, includes tooth brush bristles disposed around the surface thereof to brush teeth, and rotates relatively against the toothbrush head part and a driving part which generates torque using power of the power supply part to transmit the torque to the toothbrush bristle rotating part, thereby rotating the toothbrush bristle rotating part relatively against the toothbrush head part, wherein the toothbrush bristle rotating part is coupled to the front end part, the rear end part, and the upper end part of the toothbrush head part to surround the inner surface, the outer surface, and the upper surface of the teeth, thereby simultaneously brushing the surfaces of the teeth.
