A plurality of first air holes are formed on an upper surface of the ultraviolet lamp storage cover. An entire lower surface or a portion of the lower surface of the ultraviolet lamp storage cover is opened to form an opening part. A plurality of second air holes and third air holes are formed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the stabilizer storage unit.
