The present invention relates to novel macrocyclic ligands substituted with at least one picolinate group, to the compounds of general formula (I), and also to the radioactive complexes thereof and to the uses thereof in medical imaging and/or in therapy, in particular in interventional radiology. The present invention also relates to a novel process for preparing the ligands according to the invention, and also to the preparation intermediates thereof. In which formula (I) Y1, Y2 and Y3 are independently a -C(O)OH group or a group of formula (II), at least one of the radicals Y1, Y2 and Y3 being a group of formula (II).La présente invention concerne de nouveaux ligands macrocycliques substitués par au moins un groupement picolinate, les composés de formule générale (I), ainsi que leurs complexes radioactifs et leurs utilisations en imagerie médicale et/ou en thérapie, notamment en radiologie interventionnelle. La présente invention concerne également un nouveau procédé de préparation des ligands selon l'invention, ainsi que leurs intermédiaires de préparation.
