Different apparatuses such as decorticator, chipper and compost mixer are integrated in this processor. The three different apparatuses are integrated through a cold roll shaft and connected into a 6 horsepower single diesel engine generator. The machines can work independently or simultaneously, if desired. The mini-decorticator is used for processing the coconut husk into coir dust and coir fiber that is commonly used in making ropes, matting, fuels, and geotextiles. The chipper is used to produce chips out of coconut husk and utilized as a potting medium for gardeners and orchids enthusiasts. The compost mixer is used to fairly mix the coir dust with the biodegradable wastes commonly used for precomposting and making fertilizers.
