PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing and massaging implement being easily stored without installing a dedicated hook, a hook stand, and the like at a storage place and without impairing original functions of the cleansing and massage, and being unobtrusively used and stored without impairing the external appearance.SOLUTION: The cleansing and massaging implement includes a finger rest 2 on a top surface side of a base 1, protruding bodies 3 at a bottom side of the base 1, and a through-hole 4 formed from the top surface across the bottom of the base 1.
