The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing displacement of cerebrospinal fluid transport conduits. The apparatus for preventing displacement of cerebrospinal fluid transport conduits according to the present invention comprises: an insertion portion coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the conduit in such a manner as to surround the conduit and fitted into a hole formed in an abdominal wall for forming an abdominal cavity, for fixing the conduit which enables the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid between the ventricle and the abdominal cavity； and a fixing portion having one side fixed to the insertion portion and the other end folded and unfolded regarding the insertion portion, passing through the hole to be formed on the abdominal wall in a folded state, and restored to the original shape in the unfolded state to be caught by the abdominal wall.본 발명은 뇌척수액 운송용 도관의 이탈 방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 뇌척수액 운송용 도관의 이탈 방지 장치는, 뇌실과 복강 내부 사이에서 뇌척수액의 이동을 가능하게 하는 도관을 견고히 고정시켜 주기 위한 것으로, 상기 도관을 감싸는 형태로 그 도관의 외주면에 결합되고, 복강을 형성시키는 복벽에 형성될 구멍에 끼움 결합되는 삽입부； 및 일측은 상기 삽입부에 고정되고 타측은 상기 삽입부에 대해 접힘 및 펼침되며, 그 접힘 상태에서 상기 복벽에 형성될 구멍을 통과하게 되고, 펼침 상태에서 원래의 형상으로 복원됨으로써 상기 복벽에 걸리게 되는 고정부；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
