PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient mobile telephone terminal preventing unauthorized use by third parties by integrating a high-precision transmission-type finger vein authentication device into the structure of the mobile telephone terminal.
SOLUTION: The mobile telephone terminal having a display part, buttons, a voice output part, and an antenna is provided with a light source for emitting infrared light, an image pickup device for imaging a living bodys vein with the light from the light source, a means for controlling the strength of the light applied, an image computing part for extracting features from the images and collating the features, and a positioning means for presenting the living body. The light source is installed within the antenna.
