The present invention relates to a hot pack heat preservation device, which comprises a heating unit with at least one heating part on at least one side of the heating unit, and a bag body having at least one plant therein. The top surface of the bag body is in contact with the heating part, and the bottom surface of the bag body is provided to contact with the skin of a human body.
