The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing packed jelly for beverage ingredients, comprising the following steps: dissolving flavoring materials in purified water (S10); adding and mixing a gelling agent and dextrin to the purified water in which the flavoring materials are dissolved to manufacture a jelly raw material (S20); sterilizing the jelly raw material (S30); and filling, sealing and packing the sterilized jelly raw material in a container (S40).
