A one-time forming processing technology for rubber shoes and rubber shoes processed with same. Each rubber shoe comprises a shoe body (1) and a sole (2). The inner surfaces of the shoe body and the sole are provided with a layer of lining cloth (3) separately. A steel toecap (4) is disposed between lining cloth of a shoe head and the shoe body. An anti-puncture steel plate (5) is disposed between the lining cloth of the sole and the shoe body. Raw materials of the shoe body and the sole are mixed materials mainly adopting natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and the shoe body and the sole are connected into a whole in an injection or compression molding mode. The production technology reduces the labor cost, omits a vulcanization vat, and avoids potential safety hazards. No gap exists in the rubber shoes, thereby eliminating the phenomenon of water leakage of conventional rubber shoes.
