The present invention provides a spiral sterilizer, comprising: a first tube where a crude beverage liquid is flowed while an inner surface and an outer surface are twisted in the one side spiral direction； and a second tube where the inner surface and the outer surface are twisted in the other side spiral direction and hot water is flowed while accommodating the first tube inside a center. The spiral sterilizer is configured to shorten the length of the sterilizer in order that the temperature of the sterilizer can be increased to the desired sterilization temperature in less time and can increase the sterilization efficiency.본 발명은 내부면과 외부면이 일측 나선방향으로 꼬인 상태로 이루어져 음료원액이 유동하는 제1관； 및 내부면과 외부면이 타측 나선방향으로 꼬인 상태로 이루어지고, 내부 중앙에 상기 제1관을 수용한 상태로 온수가 유동하는 제2관을 포함한 스파이럴 살균기를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 보다 짧은 시간내에 원하는 살균 온도까지 올라갈 수 있도록 하여 살균기의 길이를 짧게 구성하면서도 살균 효율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 얻어진다.
