Acoustic vibratory massage is carried out using a "singing bowl" instrument. The singing bowl is produced from a "bell metal" metal alloy and is in the shape of a vessel having an inside diameter of 250 mm, a wall height of 110 mm, and an outside base diameter of 130 mm. The singing bowl is placed directly on the body of a person being massaged, establishing contact either directly with the naked body of the person being massaged, or through fabric. The singing bowl is held with one hand, and positioned in the other hand is a mallet instrument which is an object having a handle made of wood which has a length of 260 mm and a diameter of 18 mm, and a striking part made of rubber in the shape of a cylinder having a diameter of 55 mm and a height of 35 mm. Vibrations are produced from the singing bowl by striking the rubber part of the mallet against the upper edge of the bowl using a series of nine strikes having a rhythm characterized by obligatory equal one-second pauses between each of the nine strikes. At the same time, the patient performs physical breathing exercises in which the patient sequentially and rhythmically inhales, holds their breath, and exhales over 3-15 seconds, performing this series at least three times. The method makes it possible to efficiently correct anxiety and insomnia while also decreasing the length and number of procedures.
