PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system capable of adjusting an image processing parameter for each of endoscopic images displayed on a plurality of monitors.SOLUTION: An electronic endoscope system includes: an electronic endoscope first and second image processing circuits for processing images from the electronic endoscope and outputting them as first and second video signals first and second monitors for displaying first and second endoscopic images on the basis of the first and second video signals first and second parameter change means for changing the image processing parameters of the first and second image processing circuits on the basis of input from first and second users a parameter change detection means for detecting the change of the image processing parameter and generating a detection signal and first and second reporting means for receiving the detection signal and reporting the change in the image processing parameter to the first and second users. The parameter change detection means has transmission destination information for defining whether or not to transmit the detection signal to the first and second reporting means, and transmits the detection signal to the first and second reporting means on the basis of the transmission destination information.
