PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system capable of adjusting an image processing parameter by a simple operation for each of a plurality of simultaneously displayed endoscopic images.SOLUTION: The electronic endoscope system includes: an electronic endoscope a first image processing circuit for processing an image acquired from the electronic endoscope and outputting it as a first video signal a second image processing circuit for processing the image acquired from the electronic endoscope and outputting it as a second video signal a first image display part for displaying a first endoscopic image on the basis of the first video signal a second image display part for displaying a second endoscopic image on the basis of the second video signal a first operation part for selecting a change object of an image processing parameter and a second operation part for changing the image processing parameter of the first image processing circuit and the second image processing circuit. The second operation part changes the image processing parameter of the first image processing circuit and the second image processing circuit on the basis of the change object of the image processing parameter selected by the first operation part.
