PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscular beam therapeutic unit for forming a high-contrast field.SOLUTION: The corpuscular beam therapeutic unit comprises an irradiation nozzle 1 to irradiate a particle beam by scanning with two electromagnets which have scanning directions different from each other, and a multi-leaf collimator 5 to restrict or to form an irradiation field of a charged particle beam so as to be matched with a shape of an irradiation object. The multi-leaf collimator comprises a leaf line 5C with a plurality of leaf plates 5L arranged in a thickness direction such that one edge faces EL of the leaf plates are aligned, and a leaf plate drive mechanism 5D for driving the one edge faces EL in a direction approaching to or leaving from a beam axis XB relative to each of the plurality of leaf plates 5L.
