A prosthesis according to the present invention relates to a prosthesis in which a multilayer thin film is coated on a pore-formed surface. When the prosthesis is implanted, the fibrosis reaction can be suppressed primarily by the multilayer thin film, and the fibrosis reaction can be prevented or suppressed secondarily from the roughness due to the pores formed on the prosthesis surface. Therefore, the fibrosis reaction can be inhibited more effectively and the formation of the spherical shape can be prevented.본 발명에 따른 보형물은 기공이 형성된 표면에 다층 박막이 코팅된 보형물에 관한 것으로, 상기 보형물을 이식하게 되면 다층 박막에 의해 일차적으로 섬유화 반응을 억제시킬 수 있고, 보형물 표면에 형성된 기공에 의한 거칠기로부터 이차적으로 섬유화 반응을 예방 또는 억제시킬 수 있으므로, 보다 효과적으로 섬유화 반응을 억제하고 구형 구축을 예방할 수 있다.
